Quick Check: Is Your Bangkok or Thailand Tour Business Registered?

With so many tour websites out there, it can be tricky to know which ones are properly registered with the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, Department of Tourism, and Tourism Authority of Thailand.

We've put together a list of websites targeting inbound travel to Thailand, mainly English-focused ones. Many sell tours directly, and even the big aggregators like TripAdvisor, Viator, GetYourGuide, and Klook don't always verify that companies hold valid licenses for operating tours in Bangkok or around Thailand.

We think it's only fair that everyone plays by the same rules. Around 85% of businesses do the right thing—and even a sole proprietor needs a license. They're actually quite cost-effective and relatively easy to obtain for professional service providers.

We'll do our best to keep this list up to date. If you spot an error or notice a website that's missing, please use the submission form at the bottom. We'll validate the information and add or update it accordingly.

What we check:

We cross-reference everything against government databases and run a thorough search to verify.

If something shows as "unknown" or "not provided," it means we reached out via email, Facebook, WhatsApp, or other public channels but didn't receive a response. If that's your business, just fill in the form below and we'll happily update your details.

You might not mind whether a company has a license—but we believe businesses that do the hard work, follow the rules, and carry compulsory insurance deserve recognition.
